Genesis Formula Dilution Factors

To dilute bulk quantities of the Genesis saturated paste into a concentrated liquid solution use the following factors. Measure and mark your mixing container according the final volume of solution you want to mix. Use a multiple of the quantities shown below. Add quantity of saturated paste and then add water to volume.

Micro Base

The dilution factor for MicroBase saturated paste to formulate a stock Genesis liquid concentrate is D.F. 2.5.

Add 4.10 pounds paste plus water to the one U.S. gallon mark or

Add 41.0 pounds paste plus water to the ten gallon mark.

Grow # 1

The dilution factor for Grow # 1 saturated paste to formulate a stock Genesis liquid concentrate is D.F. 3.1.

Add 3.42 pounds paste plus water to the one U.S. gallon mark or

Add 34.2 pounds paste plus water to the ten gallon mark.

Grow # 2

The dilution factor for Grow # 2 saturated paste to formulate a stock Genesis liquid concentrate is D.F. 2.9.

Add 3.26 pounds paste plus water to the one U.S. gallon mark or

Add 32.6 pounds paste plus water to the ten gallon mark.

Bloom # 3

The dilution factor for Bloom # 3 saturated paste to formulate a stock Genesis liquid concentrate is D.F. 2.6.

Add 4.33 pounds paste plus water to the one U.S. gallon mark or

Each ml of liquid concentrate added to 1 gallon of water will produce 80 ppm TDS.

Each tsp of liquid concentrate added to 1 gallon of water will produce 400 ppm TDS.

Each pound of paste added to 200 gallons will produce 0.6 mMho/cm2 EC (400 ppm)

2.65 gallons liquid concentrate in 2000 gallons of water is equivilent to 5 ml per gallon.

0.53 gallons liquid concentrate in 2000 gallons of water is equivilent to 1 ml per gallon.
